You might think that since the post is tall, it would be easy to pull over but this is not the case. Even a large cat can stretch to its full height for a really good scratch and in this position, all the force is downwards and the post will not topple. With a short post, a cat has to pull sideways to exert some effort and any such post is likely to be pulled over. I like that you can choose your own design. ABSOLUTELY love it!!!
